The following information is to help all parties to ensure that facilitating of all races right through to the results goes as smooth as possible for all concerned.
We are all aware that our postal service is not what it was a standard first class letter may take up to 2 days.
When sending the clocking information this should be posted within 48 hours of the close of race, please have the envelope weighed and send ‘first class’ without it we cannot produce the result.
A point here is that only pigeons included on a verification slip will be included in the result.
Postal Entries
All postal entries with Form 1 Form 1 and monies to be sent to reach the race secretary by midnight on Tuesday prior to the scheduled race date (post dates will not be accepted).

Entries for ‘Lerwick is the Monday prior to marking’.
No birds will be accepted for race marking unless fees due from the competitor have been paid.
If paying by Bank Transfer please use your competing no. followed by the first four characters of the race; eg. A123PERT (or the relevant characters for the race being entered)
Online Entry
All online race entries close at 21:00hrs on Monday for Lerwick and Tuesday for all other races.
